Monitor now offers Independent Director Liability Insurance (IDL). This policy offers individual protection to independent directors.

Monitor's IDL Insurance provides a layer of protection in addition to standard D&O insurance and corporate indemnification. Coverage is available for an independent director serving on the board of a publicly traded or privately owned company or nonprofit organization.

Unlike policies with limits shared across a corporate board, this policy is written to cover the individual.

Each individual, independent director may obtain his or her own policy and limit of liability.

Our IDL is dedicated to providing wealth security for the personal assets of the independent director.

Limits up to $5 million and available in all 50 states including the District of Columbia.
