Providing prompt and efficient claims service is the goal of Monitor's Claims Department.

 

Monitor has a dedicated team of claims professionals, including attorneys, with extensive experience in litigation. Our in-house Claims Department works directly with our underwriters to enable the timely resolution of claims.

Loss Run Report Requests

Loss run requests must be submitted in writing and sent via e-mail to lossrun@monitorliability.com.

 

Please include client name and policy number with your request.

 

Loss run reports are released to the broker of record only or to a broker who has a written authorization letter from the insured.
